Taking charge of a feature team dedicated to the building workers using Saqara's tools. The perimeter consist of 4 environments : 2 Saas platforms (AOS Entreprise and Chantier Privé) and 2 Back offices.
In responsability to manage the discovery and delivery, prioritization, specification, UX/UI design, Product roadmap creation, KPIs definition and analyze within this perimeter.

B2B/B2C Start-up - Architecture & Renovation Studio

Redesign and/or creation of multiple pages, as well as a software package intended for building professionals.
Harmonization and rationalization of the Design system on all platforms (colors, texts, forms, notifications, etc.).

Historical beauty and cosmetics brand

In charge of all the UI design of the L'Occitane en Provence brand websites (more than 70 countries). Creation of 3 Design systems: North American sites (being migrated and redesigned at the time), remaining sites and emailings.
Work within and across squads using the agile Scrum methodology.
Redesign of pages and components, implementation of new modules, continuous improvement, design of event projects, ...

Creation of logotypes, business cards and graphic charters. Design and integration of mock-ups, newsletters, banners. Artwork orders.

Healthcare and parapharmacy marketplace

Creation of the commercial animation of the site (banners, newsletters, inserts, gifs, pop-ins, skins). Redesign and complete integration of new newsletter templates for their transition to responsive.
