Context
Following customer feedback and as part of a global project to continuously improve the purchase funnel, I was able to redesign the "Promocode" block on the basket page.

1.Existing's analysis

Etat des lieux du bloc en ligne.

Identification of possible labels and identification of the problems currently online:
- Primary CTA which could me misunderstood with the basket validation one.
- Confusing error and validation messages.
- Unclear method of displaying the informational text.

2.Conception

Design of the mockups and their declinations depending of the possible texts.

Hungarian website - No help message.

French website - Help message folded.

French website - Help message unfolded.

Taiwanese website - Permanent message.
